New to CrossFit

Welcome! We are so excited that you have chosen to start your CrossFit journey with us! ALL of our new members get to participate in a two-week Foundations program that introduces all of the fundamental movements that you will need to know to be ready to participate in the daily WOD. These classes run three days a week and are generally limited to 8-10 people so there will be LOTS of personal attention.
